About

I’m an art director with over a decade of experience in print, digital, and video. Throughout my career, I have always identified as an art director, only realizing to call myself one within the past few years. Though I am able to dig in and hone details, the big picture, storytelling, and the intersection of mediums have always been my specialty and interest.

My foundational design days were spent in the intersection of sound and visuals, making album artwork for electronic music artists and netlabels. I was able to incorporate my primary artistic outlet of photography into a majority of the design work I did. This afforded me the great pleasure of having full direction over image and design, which is every designer’s dream.

I followed my passion for the arts and design at Virginia Commonwealth University and graduated in 2010 with a BFA in Graphic Design. From there, I have pursued design, photography, and video at businesses large and small around Richmond, Virginia. With this experience, I have been able to participate in almost all mediums of advertising and marketing, from start to finish.

In my free time, I shoot film photography, shoot and edit videos, and produce music. Outside of that, you can find me wandering the woods with a metal detector in hand, looking for buried treasures.
